"We make it easy"! When you visit Lenders Block to request a particular type of financial product or service, all you need to do is complete a simple secure online request form. Based on the personal information you supply to us, Lenders Block will transmit such information to up to four lenders, real estate professionals, insurance companies and/or financial services companies in its network that are best able to assist you with the product and/or service in which you have expressed an interest. Our exchange offers consumers the opportunity to obtain any of the financial products listed below. We do not charge our consumers a fee to use our services and our network partners (“clients”) pay us a fee for transmitted pre-qualified applications. Some partners provide more than one type of loan product or service within our exchange.

Our exchange process was designed during the initial stages of development in order to secure the consumer experience. Each phase of this process establishes the link between the consumer and the partner while distributing information throughout the exchange to ensure that both parties receive the proper information.
Consumers Access: Our exchange at www.lendersblock.com or through partner sites and select a product from our multiple loan categories. Consumers complete a single qualification form for the selected product with information such as income, assets and liabilities, loan preferences and other data.
Filtering and Transmission: Our filtering process matches the consumers qualification, and geographical location to the preset criteria provided by participating partners. Once the qualification forms pass the filters they are automatically transmitted to up to four lenders.
Partner Response: Our partners evaluate qualification forms using their own automated tools or through manual processes. Evaluation is usually completed upon submission of the application through our Lead Management System to ensure underwriting guidelines have been met for processing.
Communication: Once our partners review the criteria that has been completed an e-mail is automatically generated informing the consumer that up to four partners will be evaluating their information and the information is concurrently sent to the partners and out of our exchange.
Acceptance: The consumer has the ability to accept, reject or request more information about any particular product offer. When the consumer selects one of these four partner and the options provided, it is up to the partner to continue working with the consumer throughout the entire process.
Ongoing Customer Support: We provide active email and telephone follow-up and support to our consumers throughout the loan transaction process. This follow up and support is designed to provide technical support and increase overall satisfaction of the participants in our exchange, as well as increase the viability of consumer exchange.
Furthermore, Lenders Block believes that issues relating to privacy and use of personal information of internet users are becoming increasingly important as the internet and its commercial grow. As a result, we have adopted a detailed privacy policy that outlines how we use consumer information and the extent to which our partners and other third parties may have access to this information. We do not sell, license or rent personally identifiable information about our consumers to any third party, and we use the information about our customers for internal purposes only.
