Currently, there are over 100 participants in our continually expanding national network. When you visit our Web site to request a particular type of product or service, all you need to do is complete a simple online request form. Based on the personal information you supply to us, Lenders Block will transmit such information to the lenders, real estate professionals, insurance companies and/or financial services companies in its network that are best able to assist you with the product and/or service in which you have expressed an interest. Lenders Block is not a lender of financial services company. We do not service loans nor do we get paid any commissions of closed loans, closing cost, etc. We do not represent any of our lenders or financial services companies or have access to any of their products or services.

Lenders Block does not require any financial obligation from the consumer. This is a free service, and was designed to enable consumers to find various loan programs and other financial services information quickly. The lenders and other financial services providers within our network pay us for our services in connecting them with the consumer.

There is absolutley no obligation required from the consumer to fill out any of the information within our site or to work with any of the lenders within our network. We strongly advise our consumers to make sure they are 100% confident with the lender or financial services provider that they choose to work with.

How Many Lenders Or Financial Services Companies Will Receive My Information
The information provided to Lenders Block will be given to up to 4 lenders or financial services providers depending on the request provided from the consumer. All information is processed after a request form is submitted into our database.

Do You Run My Credit
Lenders Block does not require or ask for your social security number nor is not a lender or financial services provider. We do not have any relationships with credit companies or Fair Isaac and therefore, will not be running your credit. However, the lenders within our network that will be contacting you will be asking you for your social security number and permission to run your credit, in order to get you into a loan or financial program.

How Do I Opt-Out Of Your Newsletters
At Lenders Block you are given the opportunity to ‘Opt-Out’ of having your information used for purposes not directly related to your online requests. For example, our request form has an ‘Opt-Out’ mechanism so users who don’t want any marketing material not directly related to their online requests can keep their email address off of our lists.
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by visiting our Opt-Out section and removing themselves from our mailing list.
Users of our site are always notified when their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this so our users can make an informed choice as to whether or not they should proceed with services that require an outside party.

Can I Apply Over The Phone Or Through Fax
At this time we do not take request forms over the phone or through fax. Since Lenders Block is online Network it would not be of great service to you to send this information, in either format.

What If I Have Less Than Perfect Credit
Lenders Block has over 1000 different financial services companies within our Network. Our lenders service all types of loans and have various loan programs that can meet anyone's needs and expectations.

What If I Don't Have An E-mail Address
Upon completion of any request form a confirmation is sent out to the e-mail address is provided within the application. If an e-mail address is not entered the form will not be processed. There are various free services throughout the Internet that offer e-mail, i.e., Yahoo, MSN, etc. We would highly advise you to access one of these publishers and sign up for their free e-mail before applying.

What If I Need To Edit My Information After Submission
If you entered your information incorrectly and you notice this error upon submission of your request form through the Thank You page, we would suggest that you go back to the page and re-enter the entire request form.

Upon submission of a request form we will send you a confirmation via e-mail. Within the e-mail there will be a list of four financial services companies that your information was distributed to.

How Can I Find Out What Your Lenders Rates Are
Since we work with over 1000 financial services companies we do not list rates. If you are interested in what our lenders rates are, upon submission of your request form you can contact each lender listed within your e-mail or ask them when they contact you.

Each lender or financial services company works differently from the next. Therefore, you may be contacted via phone, e-mail or direct postal mail with information from each of the 4 institutions that receive your information.
